At Snow + Solas, appointments are thoughtfully reserved to ensure each guest receives a focused and personalized experience. We kindly require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or missed within 24 hours are subject to a charge of 50% of the services booked.

While we strive to provide exceptional service, Snow + Solas is not liable for unforeseen outcomes due to pre-existing conditions, undisclosed treatments, or failure to follow post-service care instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in situations where safety, respect, or professional boundaries may be compromised. Our goal is to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for every client and every stylist.
